Got a warranty issue? No worries — we’ve made it easy. All claims go through our online warranty form. Just make sure you fill in all the details we ask for, otherwise we might not be able to process your claim. You can find the form on our website — it only takes a few minutes to complete. Returns

We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days if you decide you no longer want your item — as long as it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know right away.

Please note: if any returned parts are damaged in transit, or if the item’s value has been reduced due to over-handling (more than you’d do when viewing it in a shop), a deduction may be made from your refund to cover our costs.

Make sure you package your return securely and send it via recorded delivery. Always keep your proof of postage.

Before sending anything back, please complete our online returns form at stomp-group.com. Once we’ve received and reviewed your request, we’ll email you with the next steps.

Pre-order items

Items listed as pre-orders are paid for in full at the time of purchase. We’ll dispatch your order as close to the stated arrival date as possible, but please note that this date is only an estimate and may change due to unforeseen delays.

Items listed as reservations require a non-refundable deposit (as stated on the product page). When the item is ready to ship, we’ll contact you to pay the remaining balance (the full RRP minus your deposit).

Right to refund

We strive to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate across our platforms. However, in the event of any stock or pricing errors, marketing inaccuracies, or incorrect advertisements made by third parties, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders affected by such errors. We are not liable for any third-party advertisements or listings that display incorrect pricing or product information.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that any discrepancies or mistakes in pricing or stock availability, or issues with overselling of offers, may result in the cancellation of your order and a full refund.

Sales and offers

At times we may have flash sales running on our website, prices may change without notice.

Stomp Moto are in no way liable, to refund any money for any item purchased before a price drop.

You can return any unused items as per our returns terms. The refund of your sale order will be refunded within 5 business days, minus the original delivery cost and a restocking fee, this could be up to 35% of your original order. Please note, if you are looking to re-order another sale item, the item required may be out of stock or the sale may have ended. If a discount is not automatically added in the cart then your item is excluded, or the offer has ended – regardless of any marketing materiel or imagery.

Stomp Moto takes no responsibility for other parties marketing materiel and is not liable for any charges or obliged to honour any discounts incurred by the perception of offers made elsewhere.

Free gifts

Any free gifts given by Stomp Moto are not covered by our standard return policy and will need to be returned at your own cost. This includes, but is not limited to, offers given through codes or vouchers or anything sent to you in a 2 for 1 or other bundled offer. In order to receive a return contribution from Stomp Moto you will need to return the entire order, including paid items and you may still be liable for the return postage of any free items. Stomp Moto’s normal returns policies may still apply.
