A. Direct Online Purchases from Stomp Distribution
If you purchase a vehicle directly from us via our website, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return the product for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs may apply. Returns made outside the 14-day period, where permitted at our discretion, may be subject to a restocking fee and additional conditions.

  1. Right to reject; You may reject goods within 30 days of purchase if a fault is discovered that was present at the time of sale.
  2. Right to repair or replacement; Faults identified between 30 days and 6 months allow you to request a repair or replacement. Dealers are only given one attempt to fix the issue or must provide a refund.
  3. Long-term right to a refund; After six months, you may still seek compensation, but it’s up to you to prove that the fault existed at the time of delivery.
